Resto Bar Pure C is a pleasant brasserie with the touch, flair and style of top chef Sergio Herman. Accessible to a wide audience and exceptionally situated in the dunes of Cadzand-Bad with stunning views over the sea, the beach and the dunes.
Chef Syrco Bakker worked together with Sergio Herman for several years in the kitchen of Oud Sluis. Syrco and his team love to give you an unforgettable afternoon or evening in Pure C.
If you want to make use of our Resto Bar Pure C, please book your table early. On Mondays and Tuesdays there is only a set hotel menu at € 35,00 p.p. You can also find tapas in our pleasant lounge bar or, weather permitting, outside on our wind-sheltered terrace with a view of the sea.

I wanted to mix all these ingredients into a unique cocktail that people can enjoy.
I think that sexy cocktails and tasty dishes, besides a trendy interior, nice music and cool, informal service, are the engine of relaxing and intense enjoyment.
