For uniformity in appearance, every employee shines in a custom made outfit of the Strandhotel.
Staff food
We serve varied and healthy meals daily for lunch and dinner. And occasionally delicious pastries from our pastry chef. Employees of the different departments eat together in Pine House.

In addition to the hard work, there is also time for a nice drink or team outing. We additionally organize educational study days with our suppliers who will update you on their services and the products we purchase from them.
Hospitality training
As a host at the Strandhotel you will receive a hospitality training from the TOP Cadzand council. With them you will go on a discovery tour through Cadzand and surroundings so that you can give hotel guests a 9+ advice on everything there is to do in the culinary and active field.
Job related courses
Courses such as learning a new language, a wine course, a barista training or obtaining your Social Hygiene diploma (HACCP) are offered by the Strandhotel.
Christmas package
At the end of the year you will receive a personalized Christmas package.
Housing
Do you not live in the region of the Strandhotel but you are inspired by the environment and would you like to work at the Strandhotel or in our restaurants? We are happy to help you find housing.
For a short period of time we have rooms available in one of our staff houses. From here you can look for your own place to stay in Cadzand. We offer interns a room during the entire internship period.
