The Strandhotel is the home of Michelin star Chef Sergio Herman.
Under the roof of the Strandhotel we find the restaurant concepts Pure C and Blueness. In the marina of Cadzand with its head on the North Sea wind, brasserie AIRrepublic. In all three places it feels like you vanish in Sergio's passion for Zealandic crustaceans and shell fish.

We offer several packages for the culinary enthusiasts whole year round. There is even a dine-around package that includes all concepts in one weekend.
The breakfast rituals has its own signature in Pine House with its view of the Boulevard de Wielingen.
Here, the Strandhotel serves daily an inviting breakfast for early birds or the slow starters between 07.30 and 11.00 am.
