Pure C

Here, building on Sergio's philosophy, Syrco Bakker, sous chef from Sergio Herman in the former 3* restaurant Oud Sluis, is in charge of the kitchen.
Michelin awarded the restaurant in 2011 with one star, in 2018 Pure C received its second Michelin star. 

Pure C is opened for lunch from Thursday until Sunday and for dinner from Wednesday until Saturday.
During summer from the 1st of Juli until the 6th of September Pure C is also opened for lunch on Wednesday afternoon.

Our closure periods are:

  • Monday 28. September until Wednesday 7. October.
  • Starting Monday 21. December until Thursday the 14th. January
