Here, building on Sergio's philosophy, Syrco Bakker, sous chef from Sergio Herman in the former 3* restaurant Oud Sluis, is in charge of the kitchen.
Michelin awarded the restaurant in 2011 with one star, in 2018 Pure C received its second Michelin star.
Pure C is open for dinner on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and for lunch & dinner on Saturdays and Sundays.
From the 1st of May 2020 restaurant Pure C is opened for lunch from Thrusday until Sunday and for dinner from wednesday until Saturday.
Due to the renewal of Pure C is closed from:
- Monday the 25. of November until Tuesday the 4th of February.
Our closure periods are:
- Monday 22. June 2020 until Wednesday 8. July.
- Monday 28. September until Wednesday 14. October.
