Here, building on Sergio's philosophy, Syrco Bakker, sous chef from Sergio Herman in the former 3* restaurant Oud Sluis, is in charge of the kitchen.
Michelin awarded the restaurant in 2011 with one star, in 2018 Pure C received its second Michelin star.
In 2021 Pure C is opened for lunch from Thursday until Sunday and for dinner from Wednesday until Saturday.
Our closure periods are:
- Monday the 21st of June until Wednesday the 7th of July.
- Monday the 27th of September until Wednesday the 13th of October.
- Starting Monday the 20th of December.
