Restaurant Pure C

An ode to Zealand. Already more than nine years, Sergio Herman brings together his culinary vision and the richness that the Zealandic waters have to offer.
A life of culinary creativity merges with sexy cocktails, enchanting food, amazing wines and life music. A spectacular view across the calming North Sea.
Here, building on Sergio's philosophy, Syrco Bakker, sous chef from Sergio Herman in the former 3* restaurant Oud Sluis, is in charge of the kitchen.
Michelin awarded the restaurant in 2011 with one star, in 2018 Pure C received its second Michelin star. 

Pure C is open for dinner on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and for lunch & dinner on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Our closure periods are:

  • Monday the 24th of June until Thursday the 11th of July.
  • Monday the 30th of September until Thursday the 10th of October.
  • Starting from the 23rd of December until Thursday the 9th of January 2020.
