A breath of fresh air is blowing through our gastronomic landscape with the announcement of 'Demain' in our restaurant, where Pure C was previously located. Chef Dani Hoefnagels and his partner Romée have embarked on a new adventure. They bring all their experiences, gained in renowned restaurants at home and abroad, to Demain.
Welcome to Demain, French for 'tomorrow' and the start of our journey to a gastronomic and sustainable future. A future in which we connect between enjoying exceptionally good food and caring for our planet. A journey that we make together with our team and our guests.
Demain is a Fine Dining Restaurant with one Michelin star, where casual gastronomic enjoyment is central. We welcome you in a modern setting with nice music and our warm hospitality. We cherish the togetherness and connection that arises when our guests enjoy delicious food together. Our cuisine is characterized by beautiful influences from the Mediterranean region, where simplicity and purity are central. We prepare dishes that excel in their simplicity, but at the same time are rich in taste and character. We only use the best and freshest products and strive for perfect harmony between all flavors. We warmly welcome you for a lunch on Friday and Saturday or dinner from Tuesday to Saturday.
